Suction cup holder for reference spheres

$87.00

Easily attach your reference spheres to glass fronts, windows, and any other smooth surfaces with our reliable suction cup holder. This solution is ideal for façade measurements as well as applications in architectural surveys and the preservation of historical monuments. One of its standout features is the ability to remove it without leaving any residue after the survey (laser scanning) is complete. Additionally, this suction cup holder is designed to be compatible with our mini prism, allowing you to effectively determine your reference points during surveying.

**Designated Use:**

- Perfect for attaching reference spheres to glass fronts, windows, painted surfaces, stainless steel, coated wood, plastic, marble, and more.

- The long spacer ensures that the reference sphere remains visible even when the suction cup holder is affixed to windows with large embrasures.

**Product Characteristics:**

- Suction cup diameter: 120mm / 4.7 in

- Load capacity: 15kg

- Weight of suction cup holder: 315g

- Length of spacer: 150mm / 5.9 in, featuring two M8 threads

- Weight of spacer: 60g

- When the reference sphere (145mm / 5.7 in) is attached to the spacer, the distance from the surface to the sphere’s center is approximately 250mm / 9.8 in.

- The reference sphere can be easily swapped for a mini prism, enabling seamless tachymetric measurements.

- The suction cup holder attaches via a convenient tilting lever that is easily operable even with the reference sphere in place.

- Enjoy residue-free removal of the suction cup holder after scanning.

**Scope of Application:**

- Attach reference spheres to hard-to-reach windows: Secure the sphere while the window is open and close it afterward, leaving a visible reference point on the façade.

- Effortlessly attach reference points to partition walls and premium structures.

- Ideal for cleanroom environments.

- Securely affix reference points to plastic surfaces without leaving any residues.

**Compatibility:**

- Laser Scanner Reference Sphere Set (Flexi)

- Laser Scanner Reference Sphere Set (Basic)

- Laser Scanner Reference Sphere Set (Traveler)

- Pivoted laser scanning checkerboard target

**Notes:**

We recommend using the reference sphere Flexi, as suction power may be compromised on certain surfaces, risking sphere detachment. The built-in shock absorber in the reference sphere Flexi minimizes the likelihood of cracking. Do you have a unique application where attaching reference points poses a challenge?
