This overhead adapter is meticulously crafted to fit the base plate of the Leica RTC360 scanner seamlessly. It inserts into the scanner's seating and locks in place with a locking lever, which is further safeguarded against accidental loosening by a locking screw.

**Designated Use**: Safe Overhead Scanning

**Product Characteristics**: The overhead adapter plate is securely attached to the original base plate of the scanner, locked in by the closing lever. To ensure stability, keep the locking lever closed and turn the locking screw counterclockwise with a 2 mm Allen key until you feel increased torque. If the locking lever remains immobile, it is secure. The adapter’s slot is mounted on the tripod using a 5/8" connection. The scanner with the adapter plate can be effortlessly positioned into the complement fixed to the tripod and secured. Prior to scanning, make sure to tighten the lateral safety screw to eliminate any play between the adapter parts.
