The overhead adapter for Trimble is expertly crafted to fit the base plate of your Trimble scanner. It is securely fastened to the base plate using a robust 5/8" star grip screw. Additionally, three included screws attach to the corresponding threaded holes in the scanner base plate to prevent any loosening caused by the scanner's rotation during use.

**Product Characteristics**: The plate of the overhead adapter is securely attached to the original base plate of the scanner with the 5/8" star grip screw. The plate is further reinforced with three supplied M4 screws. The adapter's slot is mounted onto the tripod via a 5/8" connection. Once the scanner with the adapter plate is placed into the designated fixed position on the tripod, it can be easily secured. A lateral safety screw is tightened before scanning, effectively eliminating any play between the two adapter components.
