The overhead adapter is specifically designed to fit the base plate of the Leica RTC360 scanner. It securely inserts into the scanner’s seating and is fastened with a locking lever, enhanced by a locking screw to prevent unintentional loosening.

**Designated Use:** Safe overhead scanning

**Product Characteristics:** The overhead adapter’s plate is firmly affixed to the scanner’s original base plate and secured by closing the locking lever. Keep this lever in the closed position while turning the locking screw counterclockwise with a 2 mm Allen key until you feel an increase in torque. If the locking lever is immovable, it is securely fastened. The adapter’s slot is attached to the tripod via a 5/8" connection, allowing for seamless integration. The scanner, along with the adapter plate, can be easily mounted onto the tripod's fixture, ensuring stability. Before scanning, tighten the lateral safety screw to eliminate any play between the two adapter components.
